Thank you for shopping at Aroma Journey! We take great pride in creating high-quality, hand-poured candles. Because each candle is carefully made to order and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund for the affected product.
